Xiaoxue (小雪), a Chinese female Douyin internet celebrity with 5.6 million followers was cyberbullied for over a year after her private photos were leaked. She recently announced on Douyin that the rumor monger has been caught and vowed to take legal action. She said, "My silence only fueled the keyboard warriors." Her husband Zhang Baiqiao expressed his support and said, "We will sue him until he is bankrupt. This is just the beginning."

Xiaoxue has been suffering from harassment and some people even sold her leaked photos. She said, "No matter how I try to explain, they only believe what they want to believe. So I choose to use the law to protect myself." She immediately reported to the police and joined the illegal groups to collect evidence. She warned that those who insulted and attacked her will be punished.

Xiaoxue said in the video that the person who posted the photos has been detained for 7 days and she will be filing a civil lawsuit against the rumor mongers for "infringement of reputation." She has been preparing the relevant materials since last year.
